Paul R. Montague, OD
Dr. Montague graduated magna cum laude from the University of Hartford in West Hartford, Connecticut and received his optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia. His clinical training included a pediatric rotation at The Eye Institute of Philadelphia and a hospital rotation at San Antonio's Wilford Hall Medical Center, the Air Force's largest hospital. Dr. Montague has provided primary care optometry for 16 years. He is therapeutic certified to treat glaucoma. His specialties include pediatrics and contact lenses. A native of Texas, Dr. Montague now resides in Conyngham, Pennsylvania with his wife Jonelle and daughter Liliana. |

Tyler Reppert, OD
Dr. Reppert graduated from Millersville University and received his optometry degree from the Rosenberg School of Optometry in San Antonio, Texas. He previously held the position of Clinical Director at the Lasik Vision Institute in Lancaster and is therapeutic certified to treat Glaucoma. His primary specialty is refractive surgery management with a focus on cornea and dry eye. Dr. Reppert currently resides in East Petersburg, Pennsylvania. |

Rachel Bush, OD
Dr. Bush completed her undergraduate degree from Loyola University Chicago, then completed her Doctorate of Optometry from Pacific University College of Optometry in Oregon. During the week you can find her practicing at the Lebanon VA as their Low Vision and Ocular Disease Resident and on the weekends here at Pearle Vision. Her training, along with her residency, includes time at San Diego’s active duty naval base and Fort Collins co-management with Ophthalmology. Her areas of expertise include scleral lens fittings and geriatric examinations. Originally from Chicago, Dr. Bush now resides in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. |
